Wowowow! I can't believe it! I've lost 10 kilos! 10 kilos! I thought it was a dream, only a dream! But I was awaken, I wasn't dreaming! I started to smile, I was really happy! For the first time after so many years where I tried to loose weight...without success. And now, I began with the Weight Watchers Program (thanks, Lulu^^) and I lost so many weights! I eat better, more vegetables and fruits! I'm feeling fine, realy fine! But that's not enough, of course. I will continue this program, I want to loose more weight. I HAVE to loose it for my health, for my mental. I know now, I can do it! I will do it right!
